We are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your professional qualifications:

• Commercially oriented training, studies or relevant professional experience;

• Experience in clerical work, especially in the forwarding and logistics sector is an advantage

• Working with system software - e.g. customer service, order processing, invoicing and/or merchandise management

• Versed in the use of Microsoft Office (esp. Excel, Word)

• Fluent in German and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

This is how the work is:

• You communicate with our customers and support all national and export-related business transactions

• You take over the order processing including accounting and complaints processing

• You plan the shipment of goods to our national and international customers according to deadlines in close coordination with the relevant functional areas

• You create the shipping and customs documents in compliance with all requirements of customs and foreign trade law

• You are the contact person for freight forwarders and other shipping companies such as courier services

• They collect offers, take on order processing and notify shipments

• They monitor and archive incoming documents from freight forwarders and other shipping companies such as courier services

• You take on the processing of special tasks and participate in projects to optimize order processing and shipping

• They support all promotional activities
